Tonights valued employees were treated like royalty with a variety of appetizers, full bar service, and our Grand Buffet! To start, guests got to feast on a variety of gourmet artisan cheeses, Italian seasoned vegetables, fresh Italian breads, and spicy Italian meats! For supper we start with fresh bread and butter, crunchy Italian house salad, crispy Italian roast potatoes, creamy cheese stuffed raviolis swimming in a basil marinara sauce, baked ham in a sweet pineapple glaze, juicy Italian roast chicken and tender USDA Choice roast beef! Yum! We can not forget about dessert! Our Gourmet Mini Dessert Station offers customizable options such as tarts, cupcakes, cheesecakes, cannoli and bars! Our full bar service ran the length of the event and hosted a variety of options such as premium & call mixed drinks, imported & domestic canned beer, house wine by the glass, assorted sodas and bottled water!
